I’m curious :)  I don’t know about the rest of this person’s tattoos but at least for this one I can see the reason it sucks is because it’s flat. There’s no dimension to it and it’s poorly constructed. The execution is so-so. The lines are almost straight but there are so many better ways it could have been done. Objectively, yes this sucks. My 4 year old cousin could do an adequate job of copying this or improving upon it. However, if the person who got it likes it, I don’t see why it matters who does or does not think it sucks?
